Italian Veal Chops Recipe

Italian Veal Chops

Ingredients Needed:

  • 4 veal chops about 4 to 6 oz each
  • 1 28oz can of fresh diced tomatoes
  • 1 Tbs of coconut oil
  • 2 Tbs of freshly chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp of fresh oregano
  • 1/4 tsp of fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp of sea salt, if desired
  • Creates two servings.

Cooking Directions:

1. Gather your oregano, ground pepper, and sea salt to season your veal chops.

2. Heat up a large skillet on high heat setting and coat with coconut oil after it gets hot.

3. Place your veal chops into the hot pan and cook both sides until they are brown.

4. Lower the heat from high to medium-low and add your garlic. Let it cook for a few minutes more until the garlic begins to brown.

5. Lastly, lower the heat from medium-low to low and add your parsley and tomatoes. Let it simmer until the veal is tender. This should take about 2 hours.

6. Serve with your favorite vegetable or side dish.
