Tapioca Crêpes Recipe

Tapioca Crepes

Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 cup of tapioca starch or flour
  • 1 cup of coconut milk, full fat canned
  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • Choose from many toppings such as cinnamon, bacon, sauteed vegetables, almond butter, freshly chopped fruit,and whatever else your heart desires.
  • Creates two servings. 

Cooking Directions:

1. Completely mix all of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

2. Put a non-stick skillet over a stove at medium heat and let it get hot.

3. Once it is hot enough, pour 1/3rd of the mix into the pan, tilting it in all directions to evenly spread out the mixture. Make it as thin or thick as you desire.

4. Both sides should be cooked until they are lightly browned. This normally takes about 2-3 minutes on each side.

5. After it is finished browning, top it off with whatever toppings you desire and serve warm or cold.

6. Repeat the above process to create another serving.
