Ingredients Needed:
- 1/2 chopped small green or red cabbage
- 1 grated or chopped tart apple
- 1 medium chopped bell pepper of any color
- 1 large chopped stalk celery
- 2 Tbs of raw honey
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1 tsp of fresh celery seed
- juice of 1 lemon
- a pinch sea salt, if desired
- Creates four servings
Cooking Directions:
1. Gather all of the chopped apple, cabbage, bell pepper, and celery and toss them together into a large bowl.2. Use a smaller bowl to whisk together all of the remaining ingredients.
3. Pour the mixture from the smaller bowl onto the vegetables in the larger bowl and toss once again.
4. Serve and enjoy.
